A platform that explains their complex projects clearly

HAL had a minimal, limited website before and it was difficult to understand how their projects worked, and hard to get the big picture of their scope. The new site established a polished, professional look, provides content and an interactive diagram to explain how their projects work. It features each project, providing an overview of its focus and impact.
