Built-in Features

These features support organizations that need a professional digital presence to support grant proposals, general fundraising, and other support efforts, but may not need or be ready for a full custom design.

There are five types of structured content: Blog, News, Events, Projects, and Resources. There are also useful tools for site search, email signup, donations, SEO, and marketing efforts.

Beacon Sites are also scalable, so you can build on them later if needed.

Includes a listing page for all of the blog posts you create, and a template for the individual blog posts. Rich text editor allows full text formatting, and placement of images or videos with captions, buttons, and accordions. There are also tags to allow filtering by topic.

Includes a listing page for all of the news posts you create, and a template for the individual news posts. Rich text editor allows full text formatting, and placement of images or videos with captions, buttons, and accordions. There are also tags so you can filter by things like news, press release, or “in the news”.

Includes a listing all of your upcoming and past events. Events can show date, time, location, RSVP link, image, description, and tags, and can be edited after the event is over to show photos and talk about what happened.

Designed to be more flexible than the other content types, this includes a listing page, and template for individual posts. Clients use this for campaigns, issues, programs, or other activities.

Each project page has the option of 3 header styles, a rich text area, and the full set of Flex Rows so you can create customized page layouts for your campaigns, programs, or other major activities.

This is a list of downloadable documents or links to other websites or pages. You can provide valuable information for your audience, tagged by categories.

This appears across the top of the site page(s). It’s designed to be used for urgent or important information. You can decide which pages it appears on, and how often people see it.

We’ll provide an automated translation option upon request.

A robust site search is included, and has controls to dial in exactly how the search should work.

This form lets people reach out to you and will send responses to an email address of your choice.

We’ll connect the email newsletter signup form to your email platform.

Be in control of SEO meta content and more with the built-in SEO tool.

This lets you set up page redirects that may be needed when your site navigation menu and page URLs change.

We’ll either link the Donate button offsite to your donation platform or can embed the donate form from your platform onto the page.

Gravity Forms plug-in is included which allows you to easily make custom forms on your own. No coding needed.

Flex Pages

Flex pages are pages you construct yourself using a set of building blocks that we’ll design to your brand. You can include any or all Blocks on a page, and drag and drop them into any order. All Blocks let you choose from a white, light, or dark background color. The light and dark colors are from your brand palette. Some blocks have other options, such as positioning an image on the left or the right, or choosing the  number of items to appear in a row.

Designed for asking people to donate, or get in touch, or whatever you want them to do.

A row of 3-4 pieces of content, grouped together in a design that looks like a set of cards. Each card can have an image, title, description, and link.

Allows you to embed content that gives you an embed code. This includes things like Air Table and Tableau.

Similar to Cards, but they flip over on hover or tap to reveal more information. They’re fun!

Display a set of logos. This is good for thanking sponsors and donors.

Place groups of people throughout the site. Staff, board, marketing team, volunteers, etc. Each can have an optional bio as well.

A carousel you can fill in with quotes or testimonials, and people’s images and names if desired.

Designed for longer blocks of text, you first select a number of columns (1, 2, 3, 4, or 6).

Each column allows placement of full WYSIWYG text formatting (all H tags, bold, italics, underline, bullets, etc). You can also include images and videos with captions, buttons, and accordions. Then drag and drop into any order.

These are great for showing your impact. Content that works well here is something like “$3M+ grants given” or “75,000 people served”.

This is to feature content on a page and then link to a page with more information. It can have a video or image, and choice of left or right placement of the text.

This is a way to prominently embed a video onto a page.
